Our first attempt at bowling at AMF was a bust. A dozen buses of camp kids took up the entire alley. Seriously, they didn't even have 1 lonely lane for us. We went to a non-free alley that day.
We registered ahead of time for their summer program which allows children to bowl for free everyday. Click here for details.
On Tuesday night a friend called and reserved us a lane (now that's more like it)! On Wednesday the alley was only half full of campers and we had a very nice time with some friends. The games were free but they shoe rental was definitely over-priced (when compared to the other alley we just went to. So much so that I looked into purchasing the kids used bowling shoes off ebay).
