Aunt I asks: Does Trent have a bedtime routine?

Answer: No, Trent does not have a strict set bedtime routine. I often wonder IF we should start one, and if so, WHEN. But we're fine with the way things are for now. He gets a bath every other night, and it's always right around 7pm. He gets his last bottle/cup of the night every night around 7:30pm. Lights go out every night at 8pm. He's fast asleep by 8:15-8:30pm.

I don't know, maybe that qualifies as a bedtime routine?
