finally, more snow

I'm sure all you Delawareans remember all the snow we got right before Christmas this year.  Upwards of 12 inches.  Or was it more than that?  I don't remember.  Well, we couldn't take Trent out in that snow to play because he didn't have the proper attire.  The snow would  have soaked through anything we dressed him in immediately.  Christmas day rolls around and Uncle Mikey and Amy bought Trent an awesome snow suit, jacket & snow boots!  We couldn't wait until the next day to take Trent out in the snow. 

Don't you know it rained ALL DAY and washed the snow away! 

I figured with our luck we wouldn't get any more snow this year and Trent would outgrow his outfit.  Well, fortunaltey, we got a couple inches this past Sunday and were able to play in it.  We had Trent so bundled up (think Ralphie's brother) that he could barely move.  Literally.  He'd try to take a step and he'd either fall forwards or backwards - neither of which he minded very much at first.  He would laugh at himself and try to get up - unsuccessfully.  If we didn't help him up rather quickly he'd start to yell at us.  He was super cute.  He especially loved seeing Daddy and Maggie run around in the snow.
