Every year Gore invites its employees to bring their family to have breakfast with Santa. This year Mrs Woodland invited us to bring Trent. We dressed him up in a nice button down shirt, matching sweater, and cute shoes then headed out. We got there only 10 minutes after it started but the cafeteria was already packed. Maybe 30 minutes later Santa arrived and the line quickly formed to sit on his lap. Trent slept until the very end of the event but I think grandmom had a good time showing him off to all her coworkers and friends. Afterwards we all went to Chili's for lunch. It was Trent's first time out at a restaurant but it went really well. he was off and on awake then asleep but content. I am definitely becoming more comfortable taking him out of the house and into public places. We're quickly realizing we've been blessed with a very good little baby boy.
